Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at roksiecommpvtltd@gmail.com or +91 9984948091 with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

3. Refunds on Cancellation

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation by ROKSI ECOMM

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

Orders that have already been shipped, and customised or made-to-order items, cannot be cancelled.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is deducted but the order fails or is declined, the amount is automatically refunded by our payment processor as per its standard timelines.
